Early life and education
Glitching Queen was raised in Kennewick an only child, by her father who is working at a bank and her mother who is a secretary at an insurance company.
Glitching Queen started playing her first games on her mobile ‘phone at the age of four, moving on to PC after several years and then to PlayStation. She enjoyed spending time with boys rather than with girls, as she preferred to play sports and talk about video games than to play with dolls and gossip. She attended a local high school at which she was very good at math, and also played soccer. Glitching Queen launched her eponymous YouTube channel on 23 June 2012, which is today subscribed by nearly a million people, while she has gathered over 172 million views of all her videos combined – her channel is ‘family friendly’, meaning she doesn’t curse in her videos.
Her favorite video game to play is “Call of Duty”, which is a first-person shooter created by Activision. The game was released in 2003 and is set during World War II, while some of the following parts were set during the Cold War.
The most recent game, “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare”, came out on 25 October 2019 and Glitching Queen is mostly focused on playing this. Her second favorite video game is “Grand Theft Auto V”, an action-adventure game that came out in 2013 created by Rockstar North. In the game, the player gets to control one of three characters living in the made-up state San Andreas – Michael De Santa who is a bank robber, Franklin Clinton who is a street gangster, and Trevor Phillips who is a weapons smuggler.

Others believe that Glitching Queen might be romantically linked to a man who could have been seen in some of her videos on YouTube while passing behind her – rumors have it that they have been together since they met in high school, and that they moved in together in 2019.
